Built a custom home in 1990 in Andover MN designed by Russell J Schultz of Medalist Homes. The quality, value and professionalism were top notch. There is no higher compliment we can give a home builder than the fact that we again built our next home with Russ of Medalist in Woodbury in 1994. Both were wonderful homes that we enjoyed living in a combined 27 years. Both were problem free, gained value, and resold the first weekend listed. Now their new owners love them. Thank you Russ!
