I was surprised to see the negative reviews. I have never dealt with them before but I was in an urgent need to get a commercial cooler repaired. Ross was very diligent even though there was an issue with the part but they got things back together and going in no time. I was very appreciative of the speedy service. I have commercial equipment at my home and a lot of places will not serve as a residence. Ross however did. Much appreciated

Very Unprofessional and unreliable!! They are currently, as I am writing this post, using one of my dishtowels to clean up a mess instead of them having their necessary equipment/ supplies ie: shop towels to clean up a leak they caused!! The reason they are here was to do service maintenance on an ice/water machine in my company's kitchenette!! I have been requesting Medalion to come and do maintenance on this ice machine since before Thanksgiving! I called them after the Thanksgiving holiday but before Christmas, and still ... read more

If you want work done within any reasonable time, chose someone else. I paid the deposit on a job in December 17' only to have the job 1/2 completed and left stranded. I've called religiously complaining only to be told the remaining (1/2) work was delayed by the "holidays". I guess they were referring to valentines day as Christmas was 6 weeks removed when I made that call. I've made many more since now only to be told about sickness. Customer service is just so-so, however, I feel like they overcharge everything. They did not repair my ice maker machine at all, but just the diagnosis. They charged $333.50 for 1 and 1/2 hour, but I don't think they are here for 1 hour. Highly not recommended company.
