Worst company! Use a different provider. I’ve been waiting 3 months for my new equipment. They always have an excuse, say it will be pushed to shipping today. That was 2 months ago. I only live 30 minutes away.
Update: I received an auto reply from the company requesting that I contact their corporate office via email. I will not be doing that. I am so discussed with this company that I don't even want to speak to the owner himself. The owner should get his company in order 1st. The negative reviews speak for themselves and he doesn't need to talk to the customers in order to do that. Only ship supplies by USPS and they keep losing my order or not delivering it. So I asked could it be delivered to the local branch and they say their policy is no. Bad Rotech bad.
I had been trying to get my mother a lightweight collapsable wheelchair for almost 2 weeks and was not getting anywhere because the one company I was going through was adamant to receive the order via Fax through a system called Parachute.
