Today I received service from Rotech in Sarasota, specifically a gentleman named Craig. He listened to my needs and understood the urgency to get me into a new CPAP, as my old one finally died. The issue was I was leaving the country for a total of 10 days and needed it ASAP. What would normally take a week, he delivered same day just prior to closing. He took charge and assured me I would have it in time. NEVER did I expect same day. And thats what he was able to do. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend this business
This is a poor excuse for a medical company. If I could leave 0 stars, I would !!! I have tried to reach them for 3 days to get oxygen, left to several messages. No, call back. No one ever answers the phone? And I am out of oxygen period if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Is there any other oxygen company in the area?
I'm trying to transition from my old oxygen care to them. Adapt assured she had spoken with someone named alex So after two weeks I called roetech. The lady that I talked to this evening said the only person with that name is a driver. She was so rude that I finally had to say something. She said she was just frustrated because I wasn't in the system. Yet like I told her there was no need to be rude to me. I don't know what's going on. Unbelievably poor customer service from the Sarasota office. I have been trying to get these people to remove their 14 oxygen tanks and machine from my home since September 24, 2024. It is now 10/31/24 and I can't even get them to call me back. I would never do business with them again.
