Normally I find this clinic totally fine for less critical stuff (cold/flu, non-urgent medical questions/certificates etc), however I called earlier today to simply ask whether they can schedule me in to get a pathology slip for a routine STI checkup and the receptionist had no clue what an STI was (like???) so I explained what it is and she said she would still have to ask someone and get back to me - that was enough for me to just thank her and end the call. Easy to find, parking not an issue. Friendly staff demonstrating a professional manner and a willingness to assist. Waiting area pleasant and bright. I had a carefree and comfortable experience.
