Process was simple for check in, multiple providers on staff. Gave our sick boys stickers and ducks. 🥰 Very sweet and knowledgeable staff! They truly care about people! Also had great communication about test results and the prescriptions were sent through quickly. Definitely prefer this location over the one we used in the past, hands down!
This is Horrible place to go!!! I brought my husband here we Sat forever In Room He Had Severe Shoulder pain and the Doctor didnt seem to care at all !!!!! Said would Do A Referral and We didn't even get to ask Questions ⁉️ He was in and out !!!!!! I wouldn't take my Gold Fish Here !!!!!!!!

My son suffered a sports related injury at practice on a Sunday afternoon (8/17/25), we live 3 counties away and he couldn’t wait until the next day to be seen. NGPG Urgent Care was the only place open and luckily for us they were right across the street from the ball field and seen him immediately. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, and nurse practitioner were wonderful. They were so easy to work with, professional, and compassionate to my son’s needs and those of myself. I highly recommend.
