My sister got bit by Cat while volunteering. She went immediately to the doctor. We waited for over an hour and thirty minutes to be seen by a doctor. There were 2 people ahead of us both who were seen. We thought it was our turn to be seen next because it is first come first serve. Another gentleman walks in sees receptionist, and sits down. This urgent care was extremely slow!!! I took my mother here while she was visiting. When we arrived we were told an hour wait, it ended up being three and half hours. Not only that one of the nurses there acted like she was put out of her way. I'm an RN myself and you should never act like a patient is an inconvience to you. The ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly, however called patients up multiple times for different aspects of the admission process.

This Medac has a lot of old women working at the front desk. They can not multitask and aren't very customer oriented. One lady is death so when she speaks it's a little hard to understand her. She will continue to yell the same thing over and over but it's difficult to understand her. The ladies at the front call you back up to the desk several times to complete things that if they were efficient could be completed at one time. The service to actually see the doctor is turtle speed. I have been waiting for almost two hours ... read more
