One of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to in Australia. They automatically schedule appointments even when they aren’t necessary. When results aren’t ready, they ruthlessly pressure you to pay a cancellation fee, claiming it’s your responsibility. The elderly receptionist was extremely rude and offensive. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money.
The lady (Zahra Parvaneh ) at reception is so rude and very offensive.
Dr. Maysam is a well-respected and compassionate professional, dedicated to providing exceptional care. He invests the time to understand each patient’s unique needs and ensures they leave with clarity and confidence about their treatment. There for my partner and I make the one-hour trip to see Dr. Maysam, as his level of care and professionalism is something you rarely find. Thank you Dr Maysam for being awesome.
I visited this clinic for the first time about three months ago. Before going, I called and specifically asked if they bulk bill. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they charged me new patient fees, saying it was my first visit — something they never mentioned on the phone. The doctor I saw was actually very nice. She did my blood tests and later suggested I get an iron infusion.
