First time with Dr Wei and it has been great experience compared to the first visit at the clinic a year ago that I was rushed off by that doctor in less than a minute of consultation. Dr Wei is highly recommended!
This was my first visit to the clinic, and I saw Dr. Saeedeh, who was absolutely lovely and very professional. She had an approachable and friendly demeanour, was patient in listening, and took the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment and well cared for.
Very disappointed with this clinic. When I booked my appointment, there was no mention at all of a $25 “new patient” admin fee. As it is advertised as a bulk-billing clinic, I expected no out-of-pocket costs, so this was both unexpected and misleading. On top of that, the GP I saw misdiagnosed my condition and prescribed medication that actually made condition worse, leading to infection.
