Been here twice and they were 25 minutes late for my appointment both times and then the initial appointment took 45 min because the old guy was just fluffing around doing god knows what, up ur timing I shouldn’t have to wait this long
I booked 1pm as I had other medical tests done until 12pm. When I got here, receptionist told me that the doctor already left. Turns out they put me in an 11:50am without an actual prior notice. I should have been somewhere else important! First time with Dr Wei and it has been great experience compared to the first visit at the clinic a year ago that I was rushed off by that doctor in less than a minute of consultation. Dr Wei is highly recommended!
This was my first visit to the clinic, and I saw Dr. Saeedeh, who was absolutely lovely and very professional. She had an approachable and friendly demeanour, was patient in listening, and took the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment and well cared for.
