RecommendedAll I can say is out of 5 stars I give them 10!! They helped me get my life back. They listened to my needs because I got hurt badly at work and am now permanently disabled. The staff at Med X Change is beyond any other. Their patients are family and the attention to detail and customer service is beyond any company! Great job!
When my husband became totally disabled, Chris was so helpful when we needed advice and help. He installed a ceiling sling and it works beautifully to transfer from chair to bed, etc. But, they also keep the equipment maintained. Their response to calls is incredibly fast. I would definitely give them a 👍👍👍!
Hats off to Chris and his staff... I had an old school wheelchair that needed some accessories and he offered a current designed wheelchair for a price that, well, was... unbelievable. Thanks again, and for those reading this, come by and see these guys for all your medical needs!!!

Chris and Bob give great customer service to the folks at Gambrill Gardens Senior Community! I asked for a product and Bob had brought it back to me and installed it the same day. I am impressed with their knowledge also...Bob also took the time to come and have a clinic to help residents adjust and repair their wheelchairs, walkers scooters etc...impressive and appreciated. I recommend Med X Change to anyone looking for medical supplies, not only will you get a great product, but also the wonderful service!
Talk about promptness and fit the need of the customer. They went all out helping me. You work your entire life assisting others in the nursing industry and when it comes times for you to need assistance, the government social security you pay into does NOT help you with your needs. Medicare will not assist you but Med X Change, LLC came to my rescue.
