Placed an order with two separate credit card numbers. Both in which, they stated were incomplete credit card numbers. Later I found that they had charged me multiple times without shipping me any items or any order confirmation. Beware of scam and fraudulent website that sells your credit card numbers, name, and addrress
I would give 0 stars if I could - This company has proven NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I never received part of my order and they would do nothing about it other than tell me to file a police report and the items that I returned they conveniently evaded giving me back the correct amount of credit and assigned an excuse of there were items missing. I placed an order and paid for the item in the beginning of August 2020 which they said would ship within 3 days. Once I placed the order I received an email stating the item is on back order and would ship within 3 weeks. The ship date for my item kept getting pushed back into December 2020. In December I received an email stating the product is no longer in stock and they were cancelling my order. I waited 4 months for this item and then they go and cancel it. Website leads buyer to believe that shipping cost is fixed $10. That is not true. My cost was raised to $36. Misleading, possibly illegal advertising. I was a long time customer.
I placed an order 4.25.19 and the website claimed orders shipped the next day. I was told 4.29.19 morning my order would ship that day, 4 days after placing my order. Late afternoon, 7 hours after verifing my order would ship that day as placed, I was notified "they just decided to increase shipping cost on clearance items" so my shipping would go from $5 to $42.
