I’ve now seen van #19 3 nights in a row more than doubling the speed limit coming into altoona. Whoever that is has no business driving that van. Unbelievable. Next time it happens I’m following them to their destination and you won’t like what happens.
Never on time. Leave me sitting around like a homeless person outside the hospital with no ride
