Multiple times have sent our crews for disa testing only. Showing forms for hair and urine screen and the facility arguing with the donor or supervisor that it is just one or the other. If your company relies on Disa services I suggest a different screener.
very unprofessional, had an appointment this morning at 8 am, waited until 8:15 for someone to unlock the door. Receptionist walks in looking homeless (house slippers and wrapped in a blanket). Told I did not have an appt while she was also spitting in a cup, I showed her the confirmation that I did have an appt. She calls her supervisor, has her on speaker, and supervisor says that's my problem, I'll have to figure it out. Needless to say, I will not go back.
Mike was very friendly and helpful. He knew I was coming and on a scooter so he met me at the door and helped me in. I purchased an air cast (foot surgery). I highly recommend them and will use them for my future medical supply needs.
