Had an appointment for MRI scheduled for 1230 got there at 12 waited for 2hrs still haven't been seen at 2 they need to do something about their scheduling wouldn't recommend them unless you plan to wait all dates to be seen
Facility was Beautiful and Inviting Technicians were kind and friendly Would Highly Recommend for your Imaging Needs
Didn’t have the best experience at this place. I was referred here from the Air Force base and the service was poor. Individuals providing the service were rude. Not to mention they had some issue with their MRI machine and didn’t think it was important enough to tell me until after I had waited 45 minutes in their waiting room. I assumed I was being treated so rudely because I was in uniform, which seems to be a pattern in the Montgomery area. Such a shame.
I were sent to med tech imaging in Prattville,from Montgomery as high tech imaging my appt were 12noon I got there at 11am ,a man came in ask them,or told them that high tech imaging were down now They talk to Yesterday evening about the machine were down when this man walk in the door he said they sent him over ,and can I get working he took my place.I have a shunt in head so if I have a MRI a Igot to go back to Birmingham today and get it set again my life depends on it. The technicians were very nice and professional. When the dye I had to take made me sick to my stomach, they couldn't have been more attentive, caring & reassuring! The only reason that I only gave 4 Stars instead of 5, was that I had to wait for awhile before being called back for my CT.
