Currently doing a project with Sterling and Dylan from MedTech. Very frustrated, feel completely mislead, change orders weekly with increased costs and the worst part is the horrible customer service and communication by their project management team. Have communicated my concerns and their team fails to reach out regarding our build.
Paul Walker and his team went way beyond what I expected. We sadly live in a time where prices are going up but the level of expertise and quality of services in many industries are going down. Paul is the guy who keeps his standard way above. His ability to stay on top of things and coordinate so many moving pieces to make sure there are no gaps or miscommunications is impressive. I’m really happy with Med Tech! They did a great job and I get a lot of compliments. It’s a beautiful space. Med Tech stayed on their timeline perfectly. I never had to worry about delays throughout and when we spotted issues, they fixed it. They were easy to work with and brought my vision to life. Thank you all!
If only they would return phone calls.
