Seeing some other bad reviews decided to share mine to further confirm those other reviews. Went in for an annual physical w blood work. My insurance only requires a $10 copay. A few months later I got a bill from Northwell seeking $10 for the labs blood work. I find it odd as I’ve never had to pay lab for annual exam. Called my insurance, they said it’s a mistake as they billed as if I went to get blood work AT the lab hence shown as another visit. Went there to be checked out for one thing then started just giving me a physical which I didn't want or need. Then come to find out they somehow searched me to find my insurance that I did not give to try and bill me for some test I did not need or want. Beware they are up to something here!!
