It’s been a while since I came here, but I thought I’d leave a review so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I came here for microneedling, which at the time I had never had done before. I made an appointment on the phone and was not asked to come in for a consultation beforehand. Long story short I was given the wrong treatment. It felt weird but I didn’t know what microneedling was supposed to feel like, so I assumed that’s what was happening. They used a vibrating facial tool on me which did nothing.
