.horrible and I'm pissed that a scheduler think she had the right to call my obgyn and stated that this office is officially ridiculous even in their review response to others they put people personal information on here in detail I really thought I was over thinking until I read the review response how unprofessional is that
Be very cautious with the office manager Kelly. She is very Rude. She’s not a registered nurse but you wouldn’t know that based on the acts that she does as if she is a registered nurse. She is awesome at breaking HIPPA policies as well
I have been a patient here for a while, and I have also referred multiple family members and friends. Jessica is very kind, Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the office staff have been disappointing. I found them to be rude and unprofessional, there is also an extreme lack of communication which negatively impacts patient care. This has ultimately led me to decide that I will no longer be a patient at this office. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
They have a New young lady at the front desk that I saw today and she is fabulous and has great manners!
