Here on vacation, I had left home without part of my cpap. These ladies went out of their way to help me get that part, so I could sleep the next few days. So friendly and helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Drove from Pennsylvania last night and got into Ft Payne this morning. Realized I forgot my CPAP mask tubing.. Made one call, and found out that they had my tubing. Nicest folks and business ever...
The lady was wonderful, she explained everything, she was kind, and she said if I had any questions just call.
I was very disappointed and actually shocked to be treated as rude and unprofessional from the front worker at Med South. She intentionally delayed helping me and acted as if it pleased her. I don’t know her name but she is the one that answers the phone. I will not be doing business with this company ever again. There are other companies that appreciate helping those in need with a smile and compassion.
