Crystal was great explained everything so I could understand how the machine works
I had an appt with Medsouth Thursday, Oct 30 2025. I met with Crystal, she asked me to come into her office. She greeted me and introduced herself. She was very nice and courteous. She already had my CPAP unit ready for me. Crystal told me about the machine; the different components and how they worked and how to install them.
