The only reason I give one star is because I had to in order to reach this comment section. I do not advise anyone to use medsouth. My elder mother's Medicare quit covering her c-pap, without verbal or written notice medsouth employee showed up at her home to get the machine. The employee took it upon himself to open the door to her home and enter without being invited to do so.
Crystal was great. She made sure I knew how to use my cpap before I left my appointment.
Med-South was invested in products/services that were most beneficial for my medical care.They were very thorough and provided exemplary service.
