I found the whole experience dealing with the team at medserv very comforting and professional. From my initial email enquiry they were able to give me full details of what was required to obtain an appointment, as well as costs, rebates etc, which was is so helpful. place is robbery. I initially had to cancel my appointment with dr dulip because I had a lot of stuff going on at home - financial reasons. The receptionist told me that she can’t cancel my appointment or else she will charge me. I had no choice to move it to today.
