Been trying to call all morning to change an appointment and put me on hold as next caller for 45 minutes!! Tried calling back to get a live person ,or at least a voicemail . And it won't give you that option. Every time I call back it puts me directly on waiting again, and nobody ever comes to the phone!! What kind of phone service is this? Med scan vaughan , do better!

Our ultrasound experience at Med-Scan was great. Due to a high urgency we asked to get an ultrasound done on the same day which was accommodated by very caring and kind receptionists. In addition, the waiting area was comfortable too as walls had beautiful paintings and a TV screen which all made the time spent waiting more enjoyable.
I want to share my experience here in this clinic. I have been coming here since 2015. I started at the walk in clinic until my favorite Doctor stopped working here to persue her career in the hospital, and since then I always still come to do ultrasound and xray here. My experiences have all been amazing despite how busy they are and we might have to wait a while. If thats the case I just register and shop around the plaza.
