Very good and quickly service,very friendly staff and save time for patients.
Our ultrasound experience at Med-Scan was great. Due to a high urgency we asked to get an ultrasound done on the same day which was accommodated by very caring and kind receptionists. In addition, the waiting area was comfortable too as walls had beautiful paintings and a TV screen which all made the time spent waiting more enjoyable.
I want to share my experience here in this clinic. I have been coming here since 2015. I started at the walk in clinic until my favorite Doctor stopped working here to persue her career in the hospital, and since then I always still come to do ultrasound and xray here. My experiences have all been amazing despite how busy they are and we might have to wait a while. If thats the case I just register and shop around the plaza. I visited this clinic for my ultrasound (USG) appointment, which was located in the cardiology department. A Black male staff member with a stethoscope around his neck checked me into the system. I am a former surgeon, and I was genuinely shocked by what I witnessed. The earpiece of the stethoscope — the part that goes into the ears — was visibly broken and damaged.
