Worst experience with the older lady technician. She’s so rough and rude. She has no people skills whatsoever. My daughter also had her pregnancy ultrasound done by her and she was very cold and rude to her too. It is supposed to be a special moment for her and she made the experience awful. Someone needs to train her simple people skills.
