Service was outstanding! The transfer from Lakeridge Health Whitby to Winbourne Park in Ajax went off without a hitch and on time. The Med Runner employees performing transfer were kind, courteous and friendly. Would use them again for sure.

Their service was incredible. Alex was great and looked after everything regarding my fathers transportation. The staff were caring and professional. The cost was the most affordable in the area and offered the best service. I have used them several times. Highly recommend them if you need their service.

I have used another company for many years for my mom (up until she passed) and have used them by default without ever looking at alternatives. When my dad needed a time-sensitive but non-urgent transfer by stretcher to and from the hospital clinic, my usual choice was unavailable, as were two other services recommended to me by the LTC home.
