Awful. Rude. They will hang up on you and pretend you were disconnected. You will not get your calls returned or medications on time. Run away! Fast !
Says open 24hrs, yet does not service customers at this time. Do not go there.
I really hate doing this but I have to. I called this pharmacy many times as I can to follow up my refill medication’s and never received from my mail after 2 weeks until now, they said they haven’t received a medication prescription from my doctor which, I called my doctor and said he sent the prescription already on January 27th to Polaris pharmacy and no one follow up. I’m tired doing this so I have to change my pharmacy medication and I’m so happy that I did. Very POOR cervices, communications and SUCKS!!
Our experience with them has been prompt and they are quick to deliver and we have had no mistakes made with them as of yet in the few months we have had deliveries from them
This Pharmacy SUCK they will tell you they refilled it already and send it out for delivery but they never did you will be following up with them not even a courtesy of calling u back if there is a problem not even notifying that they cant deliver they should be out of business they cant do there job at all everyone are rude too they will keep transferring your calls and so on nothing good to say about this pharmacy they just really SUCK
