Our experience was bad. I opted for a virtual visit because my husband’s doctor is closed on Friday’s and the hospital emergency room should be for emergencies only. We went to the urgent care because he had been before and was happy with the services we received well it wasn’t the case this time. There are only nurses there just plain everyday nurses.
