Not accepting new patients not cool. Very disappointing when it says online that they are accepting new patients
if you do diligence, they are amazing within their means of operation. People must understand, Healthcare is contracted through the Gov, and the CEOs are responsible for service. NOT THE STAFF. If for profit medicine bothers you, email your district representative and congressional and state Senate.
Have called everyday of the week trying to schedule an appointment. Nobody answers on hold for 15 minutes. Leave a message after they say they will return your call that day, haven’t heard back. How does a doctors office operate if they have no online scheduling and can’t answer the phone.
