Great, easy and smooth service. Never packed when I come. Staff is nice and friendly!
Rude customer service at the reception and over the phone. I just called and before I could even speak the guy hung up .. no patience and they weren’t clear with information at the reception in new Carrollton . The girl refused to answer my question when I asked her if I was at the right place . Apparently they have relocated and operating in a building which is marked with a different name. The new Carrollton location says they only do Covid testing , don’t waste time going there if you need another service .
My son and I has been coming to this office for years. My son has chronic asthma and has had it since birth. My son called to get a refill on his asthma medication and the front desk told him that he would need to be seen to get a refill on his prescription. My issue is my son has had asthma since birth and Dr. Cha has been his doctor since he left the hospital so I am not understanding why the only reason they will refill his prescription is if they can bill for an encounter.
