I was scheduled for a sleep study on a Saturday with an appointment time of 8 PM. They informed me that if I missed the appointment, I would have to pay a $100 fee. They also have strict rules about no naps, eating, or drinking, which means you have to plan your entire day around the study to do it properly. Being responsible, I arrived 30 minutes early.
