All of the staff here have been helpful through every step of the process, and that really helped ease my mind going into the sleep studies. I want to give special thanks to Mrs. Dedra...she kept me informed the whole way, answered my questions, and went above and beyond to make things run smoothly. I really appreciate everything she did to help.
I was scheduled for a sleep study on a Saturday with an appointment time of 8 PM. They informed me that if I missed the appointment, I would have to pay a $100 fee. They also have strict rules about no naps, eating, or drinking, which means you have to plan your entire day around the study to do it properly. Being responsible, I arrived 30 minutes early.
