Do not answer phone's, do not return calls, do not provide documentation for oxygen or Cpap supplies. Insurance billed incorrectly. Went in to office to get issues resolved, was stalled and lied to . Unsuccessfully trying to get Cpap supplies for four months and paying out of pocket for oxygen, with double insurance coverage, because of Med One Medical lack of follow through.
