Very good pharmacy. Knows their patients.
I have been a 13-year customer of mednow pharmacy. There are many pharmacy techs that work there, but they are extremely rude. And very unaccommodating both on the phone and in person. But the only two that work with ANY accuracy, professionalism, and are pleasant, and extremely competent, are named Melissa and Naomi. If orders are not filled by these two specific individuals, the orders are at best filled with less than 20-25% accuracy. The manager, Krista, is extremely rude and incompetent. I had a great experience with Med Now. The staff are very helpful and friendly. In a situation where my usual pharmacy was unable to refill an Rx due to low supply, Med Now stepped in and got me the Rx I needed even though I wasn't one of their usual customers. At first, I didn't know what to do, but they helped me out and made the service painless for me. I would certainly recommend their services. THANKS!
