I took my three year old for a cut above his eye. The Doctor was very nice and had good bedside manner as well as the nurse who assisted him, however when we had a problem 2 days later, we called and told a lady who answered that the liquid stitches on the eye had peeled open on the corner of the cut .They told us to call if there was a problem, being that the patient is 3 years old we asked to come in have the put some more Glu placed on it and they told us it would be another $100.00.We didn't want a scar on his face that ... read more
Sub-par medical care – I went to Med Now for a back injury, I waited 2 hours to be brought back in the room and than another 45 minutes for the doctor to see me. I was prescribed medicine that later i found i had negative reactions to. i called the office to speak with a nurse and was told they would call me back. Four hours later i recieved a call. The nurse told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to deal with the pain. They were extremely rude and not helpful in the least bit. I would reccomend amy other p... read more
Great friendly staff. Quality care. They take all types of insurance medicaid and soonercare. Great hours. Sat and Sun. My 4 yr old and I both were sick on a Saturday. We were seen at the same time and treated together. I would definitely recommend as back up place for when your primary doctor is closed.
