My wife had Orthopedic One order a hospital bed for her convalescence with her knee surgery. All insurance paperwork and proper order timing was done correctly by orthopedic One. Not hearing from Med Mart the day before her knee replacement surgery she contacted them and was informed they didn't have any beds and there wasn’t anything they could do. It would have been nice to be informed of this earlier or Med Mart informing orthopedic One. This forced us to rent a bed out of pocket through another company. Very poor service... read more
