I placed the order for one of their hospital beds and was told that it would ship within 10 days of my order and that the bed was in stock. 14 days later I am now finding out the the bed was not in stock and will not ship for another 10 days with a 4-5 day arrival. I have tried to speak with a supervisor and have be repeatedly told that the supervisor is not available during normal business hours.
