Absolutely Terrible at communication took complaints beyond warranty period. Then dealt with manufacturer Pride then Medmart had additional demands on me. And I still don’t know if they’ll fix and cover the repairs.
When I was looking for various things prior to my hip replacement, their prices were almost double compared to a smaller place we go to in White Oak. The motorized chair we got in Evendale for my mother was very overpriced. I will never go to a MedMart again for anything.
Terrell Hartsfield and Byrd G came to the store today , help out alot putting lift chairs and wheelchairs out on the floor. Great working team .Thank you
