Darlene was a great help. I thought I was going to have to trash my life chair as it wasn't working. As it turned out, all I needed was a new remote and she found the right one for me. I picked it up the same day. MUCH cheaper then getting a new chair. Nice folks work here, good customer service.

Joyce and Darlene were very helpful at the Western Hills store. We needed a wheel chair for our 93 year old father and both made the experience a joy. Both ladies were knowledgeable and quickly helped us find what we needed. I highly recommend this store and we visited multiple others before walking into this gem! Leaps and bounds above and beyond what we expected. Thank you so much for making our task enjoyable!
Absolutely Terrible at communication took complaints beyond warranty period. Then dealt with manufacturer Pride then Medmart had additional demands on me. And I still don’t know if they’ll fix and cover the repairs.
