Med Mart San Antonio has delivered Medical Equipment to my house two times, both times Israel Mtz has been courteous and professional. He has explained the equipment and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. Thanks
Israel was very nice, polite and accommodating. Great prompt service.
Poor customer service, they don't return calls, they lie about calls, I had to drive 10 miles just to speak to someone, lots of excuses. Sadly they are supposed to help medically needy individuals. Shop somewhere else
