Med Mart San Antonio has delivered Medical Equipment to my house two times, both times Israel Mtz has been courteous and professional. He has explained the equipment and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. Thanks
Israel was very nice, polite and accommodating. Great prompt service.
Poor customer service, they don't return calls, they lie about calls, I had to drive 10 miles just to speak to someone, lots of excuses. Sadly they are supposed to help medically needy individuals. Shop somewhere else

This is the worst billing Dept I've ever seen. I payed for my machine in full then had to have my mask replaced they told me there would be a slight price difference. I payed the Different. They said I was all set!! Now two years later I receive a bill. I called to enquirer about this bill and got the run around first she said it was for the Mask After I told her I payed the Difference she started talking about the wifi on the machine. MedMart is a terrible company. I was given a CPAP machine due to the orders of my doctor to treat my sleep apnea. I have been asking for over a year now for replacement parts, which are crucial, but yet I have been given the runaround. In the beginning they would take my calls, but now they find anyway to avoid having to give me the supplies, like ignoring my emails and calls; yet they have managed on 2 occasions to send me papers to give to my doctor to fill out, while only giving me 2 days to do it. You can't walk in look at their inventory and buy anything. They have to call someone. the young lady that was the gatekeeper today was indifferent and borderline rude. the three employees who walked back and forth past me as I waited looked at me - did not say anything or speak or acknowledge me. There are too many medical supple places in San Antonio to count. Don't need indifference and poor service.
Been waiting since Feb 1st for cpap items only to be told 2 times now it has been ordered. Today I get a bs answer that it was shipped but must have been stolen when asked for tracking number they don't have anything to say it was shipped. Adam was going to call me back and assured me he would later today but nope no call. Why does tricare stay with this company that operates questionably.
