Sergio Ramos (Med Mart) I purchased a scooter for my mom. when a assembled the two parts the preassembled parts could not be adjusted so they touch. They appear to be touching to a point they could crack. I have tried to adjust it but could not. When I complained below is the response. I purchased a hospital bed from Med Mart using every penny I had. The bed was delivered and set up. I was not informed that it had a broken piece. I have contacted Med Mart repeatedly to have this part replaced so I can use the bed. I've received promises and words that it will be taken care of, but it's going on 2 months now. This is my experience with Med Mart and just letting people know you should definitely think twice before purchasing anything from them
I am still waiting for a bed I purchase for my 92 year old mom who had a fall injury and cannot get into her bed. They don’t return emails. Sonia ignores my questions as to when the bed will arrive. I was told 10 days installer would be here. Coming up on 4 weeks and I have no idea where it is. Gonna cancel the order and the charge on the credit card. No stars from me, however we are forced to give one. Go to the other suppliers. They at least tell the truth.
If I could give no stars I would. This company should be shut down and it's board of directors and employees thrown in jail. They are a scam company peddling junk and have no sense of compassion for the people they scam. My father is handicap and needed a lift chair to get up. Do not use this company! I purchased a Milford Lift that they shipped directly to their certified installer. The installer made a try but could not successfully make it work. He told Med-mart and they refuse to take it back from him and refuse to refund my money. I'm out $4900 dollars and have no lift. Company should not be dealing with handicap equipment. My son has missed countless appts because of them.
