Don't waste people time. If you want to close at 350pm don't advertise you open till 4pm...lock door and wouldn't answer phone.
Friendly atmosphere
Very unprofessional attitude and rude speech on the phone. I wanted to get assistance for making appointment for the center located in Jane Street. Two different agents couldn't help me and interrupted me and finally ended the conversation.
