Went to this location yesterday because it was within walking distance of my work. Excellent service. The front desk was kind and knowledgeable and the nurse that took my blood did such a good job usually nurses have trouble finding my vane. Highly recommend and I was in and out within 10mins
This location needs more staff to work!
This lab seriously needs to make major changes because the way it’s currently being run is completely unfair to patients. Every time I’ve visited, it’s the same situation, only one staff member is actually there working, while the other is constantly calling in sick. That leaves one person trying to handle a full waiting room, phone calls, and everything else, which creates a huge backlog and an incredibly stressful environment for everyone involved. Honestly, this place is incredibly disappointing. Every time I’ve gone, it’s been chaotic and overcrowded, mostly because they never seem to have enough staff. There’s usually only one person working, while the other is frequently absent, which makes everything move painfully slow. Expect to wait at least 2–3 hours, which is just unreasonable, people have work and other commitments and can’t spend half their day sitting in a waiting room. What makes it worse is the attitude.
