I was made to wait one hour for my 18 months old son's blood test and told that they don't do for below age 5. Instead of telling to take a number and wait, if they actually try to take the details first it will save patients time.
Went in on a Saturday for blood work thinking it was going to be busy, but I was the only one there and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes which was great!
lost my results and blamed the doctor that he did not order the test.The phlebotomists do not know how to draw blood and need to be investigated.The incompetent woman (who was apparently their best one) took 30 minutes huffing and puffing to find a vein and as my blood is being drawn says "you really have horrible veins' Actually you are horrible at your job and you should have some shame and learn before working in the field where you are playing with peoples blood and lives.
Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 stars. Frustrating experience today. Atleast have the courtesy to inform people that you are closed on a Monday at 8 :45 am. Was standing at your door for almost 20 minutes on fasting with no one to ask if the blood lab is open. Website does not say anything, phone message does not say anything. What a waste of time!
