I used to tell the staff i live a block away from Dynacare but still come to this place for my blood-works, so far i have not find a reason to look for another clinic 👍. The staff here are efficient and patient (especially Ligaya) in dealing with case of difficult veins like mine. My visit with this branch has always been smooth and easy so far. Thank you!
Had an over the phone appointment 3 days ago.. got a medication that was not covered was told by the dr if it’s not covered to call back and they will fax a new one. The receptionist was very rude she ended up faxing the SAME medication after telling her 4 times that I need a different one. Then told me she will not tell the doctor I need a different medication to wait for my two month check up.
