Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 stars. Frustrating experience today. Atleast have the courtesy to inform people that you are closed on a Monday at 8 :45 am. Was standing at your door for almost 20 minutes on fasting with no one to ask if the blood lab is open. Website does not say anything, phone message does not say anything. What a waste of time!

During my visit, I found the front desk staff to be somewhat unwelcoming and rude, possibly due to cultural differences or personal life challenges or life perspectives.
