I am filing this review to document what I consider a serious lapse in basic infection‑control protocol at this clinic. During my visit, the staff member responsible for reception and intake was simultaneously performing venipuncture and other clinical procedures. At no point were gloves used while drawing blood or handling associated equipment. Came here for the first time and never again. Booked an appointment and it doesn’t even matter, you’re asked to take a number and wait with everyone else. There was also only one person working! How? The person at the reception was the person doing the blood work. Terribly managed. Might as well go to the other labs - more people there but at least there’s a system and if you have an appointment they will try to cater to it.
Very disappointed with the lady who was saying that she is suffering from fever and can’t do any test,even she didn’t picked our calls,and they didn’t had equipments like urine cups.I can’t understand what is this behaviour who is coming from long distance.
Very fast service and professional I booked an appointment ahead of time and everything was timely. Staff was very friendly and got me in and out perfectly. Way better experience here compared to other labs that I’ve gone to. Thank you!
