Pathetic service, lady looks like a trainee is incompetent and don’t know the job. She pricked my arms twice but when she was unable to do th job, the other lady was called and she did in third time. Please don’t go to them if you love yourself.
Fast and efficient
Unprofessional and poor service. Absolutely unacceptable service. I wasted 52 minutes waiting, only for the receptionist to completely ignore my requisition. Meanwhile, another patient arrived for a 9:00 AM appointment, and at 9:02 AM, the receptionist coldly told her she was “late” and had to wait—seriously?! During my entire wait, I saw nothing but unprofessionalism. Several people pressed the call button, yet the staff didn’t even bother to respond. This place is amazing, omg. I have always had horrible experience elsewhere waiting for hours. This place is unbelievable with their time management and patient care. Please don’t ever leave!! Thank you
