Very fast & great service from Illatal :)
Went for my blood test to Med Health Lab- Kingsbridge Garden Circle branch today, as a walk-in. Clean lab with very helpful staff. Didn't have to wait too long. People with appointments were given priority(as they should!). My phlebotomist - Manuela was very kind and asked twice if I was feeling well(before as well as after the blood sample was drawn). She has a good hand - as I barely even felt the prick. Highly recommend this place!
I arrived on a day that there was only 1 solo staff member as the other staff was sick. What struck me immediately was the calm professional manner in which Ilkay was running the whole show. From answering calls, to managing walk-ins and those with appointments. She kept the waiting room updated that she was the only member on-site. I hope Management sees this and does better planning so that one person isn't running around doing everything - they will burn out. I am filing this review to document what I consider a serious lapse in basic infection‑control protocol at this clinic. During my visit, the staff member responsible for reception and intake was simultaneously performing venipuncture and other clinical procedures. At no point were gloves used while drawing blood or handling associated equipment.
