Extremely rude receptionists. I've been here many times but only because I live nearby. I've had a good experience ONCE in the 4 years. The receptionists are dismissive, rude, and treat you like you're a bother. The wait time is incredibly long and they do not have a sense of urgency. Update: 03/15/25 Went at 8am, waited FOURTY minutes to be called, showed my paper, the receptionist did not even look at it and refused service. I had a positive experience with Dr. Silva, during my recent visit. The doctor was professional, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process of taking my blood sample. The procedure was quick, and I barely felt a thing. Overall, I’m grateful for the care and attention provided and would highly recommend Dr. Silva for any future medical needs!

Short of staff. Only one lady handles everything. Need to wait for a long time..
My vein is always difficult to find and usually takes multiple attempts, but Silva at mhlab finds it in the first attempt and makes the whole process so smooth. She is very skilled at her job and shes a pleasant person to talk to. I always prefer going to this lab because of her.
