I always have a great experience here. I got my blood work done recently by Silva. She’s very patient and doesn’t rush the process. This location could renovate the waiting area and maybe the whole office as it looks a bit old and run down. The chairs are worn out. But, there is water available if needed which I noticed isn’t always available at all labs, so that’s nice.
dont even bother booking an appointment here cause they wont honour it. also the receptionist does not even bother to acknowledge your presence #RUDE
Came to this facility as the other one was closed on a Monday( not any stat holiday either). And same frustrating experience here. The doors are closed and no intimation on website or phone that they are closed. People came all the way fasting for blood work and this is what we get. Believe it's not a big effort to put some notification on your website or phone. What a waste of time! Please do not take the public for granted.
