I would never get my bloodwork done here again. I have been unable to access my results on their site for several weeks due to a system error on their end. Despite my emailing and calling them, they have neglected to resolve the issue or to provide any sort of meaningful response. You can get access to your results elsewhere almost immediately. Do not waste your time here. They do not care. Edit: To the owner’s reply, I did use precisely that email. Please respond and fix the issue.
I always have a great experience here. I got my blood work done recently by Silva. She’s very patient and doesn’t rush the process. This location could renovate the waiting area and maybe the whole office as it looks a bit old and run down. The chairs are worn out. But, there is water available if needed which I noticed isn’t always available at all labs, so that’s nice.
dont even bother booking an appointment here cause they wont honour it. also the receptionist does not even bother to acknowledge your presence #RUDE
