The nurses at the lab are professional and great. The reason for the 3-star rating is that it has been extremely difficult to access my results. The website is often very slow and stops working after a certain time, or it tells me that I’ve registered with a different email—which I haven’t.
Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, VERY unhelpful and condescending. Made me feel unaccommodated. Got the sense that assistance is based on appearance.
Silva is really so good , she is fast with soft hand .
