Came to this facility as the other one was closed on a Monday( not any stat holiday either). And same frustrating experience here. The doors are closed and no intimation on website or phone that they are closed. People came all the way fasting for blood work and this is what we get. Believe it's not a big effort to put some notification on your website or phone. What a waste of time! Please do not take the public for granted.
The laboratory was clean and well organized. The staff were polite, professional, and the service was quick and efficient. I had a smooth and comfortable experience. Highly recommended.
The nurses at the lab are professional and great. The reason for the 3-star rating is that it has been extremely difficult to access my results. The website is often very slow and stops working after a certain time, or it tells me that I’ve registered with a different email—which I haven’t.
