If could be zero stars would be. Booked online, drove down to find the lab closed, no email, no call ..IDIOTS
Easy to make an appointment. The best was the person who completed my bloodwork was outstanding. I have had horrible experiences other places. (I won’t go into details) but this place was the absolute best! If bloodwork is needed again I hope I get the same person. She was amazing - did not catch her name but thank you! Everyone was professional and kind and it took no time at all.
We now attend this laboratory service. You can book online or call. Easy to get in and out. Rarely busy. Often seen before my appointment. Super clean. Ladies are extremely friendly, patient, helpful and proficient at their job. Waiting room rarely full. **Reason we switched labs: We disliked the number of sick people we always seemed to encounter in the crowded waiting room. Certain staff are as unfriendly as day old fish.
