Came here to get bloodwork and an ECG because of good reviews. Didn't have to wait for long, which was nice, but the receptionist was rude unfortunately. The lady who actually ran my tests and took my blood was very kind, and I felt quite comfortable. They didn't have gowns for people though and it was a tad run down....I don't really think this is their fault; most likely just a funding issue. I'd still recommend it since the nurse was nice and it was quick and they got my difficult vein on the first try (NEVER happens).
Only 1 person working who was doing intake AND processing bloodwork. Some people waiting more than 90 mins!! I wish I could score less than 1. Truly awful.
Unprofessional, receptionist was texting on her phone for quite some time before she noticed me, she had slid herself down so people wouldn't notice her. The technician couldn't find a vein but proceeded to the needle back and forth which caused huge bruising and it was only after I insisted she stop and try a butterfly clip did she. They said they couldn't do one of the blood tests because they don't have the facilities for it. I always go to nebo rd medihealth for my blood work, the lady is so comforting and keeps my son relaxed and we don't even feel the needle go in, anyone who is afraid of blood work this is the place to go.
