First time having blood work completed at Med-Health, and it was the best experience ever! Shout out to Beth for being so knowledgeable and patient! The staff really make all the difference when comparing to other labs.
Best experience I’ve ever had having blood taken and that’s a lot to say. I have the biggest fear with needles that’s made me insecure and Beth made me feel reassured, calm, was super patient, caring and so so so kind. She made sure I knew what was going on the whole time and talked me through the procedure so I didn’t feel like I was just another number on the list of people they probably see daily. Jessie & Beth were fantastic and got my lab work done immediately. Super welcoming environment & great staff.
Saturday morning and I was in and out within 20 minutes!! The woman there was such a delight to sit and chat with while she did my bloodwork. This will definitely be my go to lab going forward
The staff is professional. The lady knows her work very well.
