I am scared of needles and have had not great experiences in the past. I went to this location because I read reviews about how great Jessie is, and she really is great! She chatted with me and helped me feel comfortable. She was very fast, no issues and no pain. This is my go to spot! Thank you Jessie!
Walked in on a Saturday, there were three others there before us. Arrived at 11:35, they close at noon. Waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. The woman looked directly at me and said nothing. She asked someone to go to room 1, and someone to go to room 2. The last lady went to the counter and was sent back to sit down. I was there today and the girl was so helpful, she works so hard doing everything and she was amazing. She was caring and loving!! Def recommend
The absolute worst experience. I get to this office and there is no reception at the front desk when she finally does come moments later she tells everyone in line to sit down everybody sits down for her to turn and say at 11:50 okay guys I'm not taking any more clients because at 12:00 it's closed for lunch. I mean she could have just tell us that from the beginning instead saying have a seat I will be back in a moment
Worst med facility,staff are rude,you book an appt, and she just decides that you can come back later when she done her lunch hour,never going back again
