Walked in on a Saturday, there were three others there before us. Arrived at 11:35, they close at noon. Waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. The woman looked directly at me and said nothing. She asked someone to go to room 1, and someone to go to room 2. The last lady went to the counter and was sent back to sit down.
