RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL staff that lack sensitivity, manners and customer service skills. They are insensitive to patients needs and speak to you like you are an inconvenience. We walked in, the waiting room was Empty. My niece was asked to lay down as shes nervous during blood draws, they put her in the ECG room. Again no ones in the waiting room.
