fast service but the women who took my blood was not very nice. She failed to introduce herself or provide me with any reassurance or privacy. I have also had blood drawn numerous of times and my experience here was a lot more painful then it should have been. I have compassion and understand people have bad days but please you have to introduce yourself before inserting a neddle into someone.
Excellent service. I went first thing in the morning and the woman was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Although everything was quick, I think it would be better to have two people available at opening time to manage the flow of patients. Overall, a very positive experience.
Maria is always so patient, kind, gentle, and knowledgeable! Staff is excellent highly reccomend this lab.
