Best medical lab in Brampton and environs. Clean and efficient. Excellent caring and professional staff.
Staff is super friendly and gentle. I am afraid of needles, and have had a bad experience with them this year. They were so gentle with it and only needed to poke me once, even though my veins are hard to locate. They let me sit a few minutes and have some water because I was feeling lightheaded. Unfortunately, no beds for the lightheaded. Booked an appointment, and they took me in after a few minutes of waiting. Several seats in the waiting area.
Nice experience at this lab, very nice staff and customer service. A special thanks to jayshree (my technician) who made the blood testing process so smooth and easy. She was very polite and gentle.
