I’m a big chicken when going for blood tests, I was tensed up waiting for Janvi to put the needle in my arm, when I opened my eyes Janvi was finished taking the vials of blood and removed the needle so gently I didn’t feel it going in or out. Janvi, you are the best! Thank you.
