This place needs to be shut down. You make an appt which is never honored. They don’t even take your form when you arrive so therefore they don’t know who has an appt and who doesn’t. Then they say “next” and everyone rushes to the window at once trying to get in first. Utter chaos. St Catharines Welland Ave location.
I highly recommend Pinky.Even though I have very thin veins that are hard to see, Pinky who is an Indian lady, performed the blood draw with great skill, and she is professional .I felt no pain at all. I’m posting this message after a week because I wanted to see the results. My arm has no bruising or damage. Thank you, Pinky, for giving me such a great experience!
Location was a bit tricky to find but once inside, it was a quick & painless process. Technician was very good at what she does and I didnt even feel the initial prick of the needle.
Pinky was great with our 10 year, who doesn't like needles! Super patient and friendly and super fast!
