Fast and efficient best blood work clinic i have ever used.
online booking is easy, never much of a wait and the staff are all great. i always opt to go here when i need bloodwork etc.
So much better than lifelabs. In and out within 10-15 mins and able to book an appointment just a few days in advance, even the day before (unlike lifelabs where you need to book a week or two ahead at times). Walk ins also available without a 1 hour+ wait.
The test centres are good; however, access to results is never provided, and the customer service is very poor. When requesting access, the IT admin repeatedly sends the same rejection email without resolving the issue.never recommended.
