It was my second time here had the same lady as last time! Pinki also remembered me and worked her magic while drawing blood so that I was distracted , shes so caring and sweet. She was kind enough to guide me on how to use the site to access my lab results online as well. They're very efficient and quick here and they have later hours!
We are extremely pleased with the service we received. The staff member who helped us was outstanding—kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. She took the time to address all of our questions and concerns with genuine care and respect.Thank you for making our visit such a positive one.
The Brampton location needs a good cleaning and paint job. It is worn out and dirty. The chair in my cubicle was all torn. After being poked twice, I was left with a big bruise on my arm
Senior Technician helped me to do the blood test. I can after 5.00pm and she was very professional and attention to detail.
I think it’s this location when we call for results. The lady who was answering phone on thursday morning (18 June,2026) is extremely rude. The number of times I have spoken to her, All she repeats is Bye Bye Bye. Does not even listen if someone has any further queries. Honestly she needs to get Fired. No proper talking etiquettes. I have seen other reviews too regarding her. Next time I am going to get her name and everything. Do better
