The receptionist, an older lady at the front desk, really needs training in basic customer service. She was rude to everyone during my visit. The rest of the staff were professional and polite, but the experience at the reception left a negative impression. The front desk definitely needs improvement in how they speak to customers.
I had an excellent experience at Med Health Laboratory. The team is extremely professional and supportive. I’d like to give special recognition to the receptionist, who is consistently courteous, patient, and warm. She greets everyone with a smile and ensures the entire process is easy and comfortable for all visitors. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and the service is always fast and efficient.
All staff is very good but I will really appreciate ILky because she is super nice. I came here for blood work and it took 3 people to find my veins but ILky was the one who finds it.
Clean place. Fozia did my ultrasound. She was polite, professional n knowledgeable. I like the way she explained the process n consider why i am getting ultrasound done.
Visited this blood labs today I was literally abused by the front desk This very large older woman was working Training a new staff, I guess . Made me wait 10 minutes while she was speaking her language to some man /Patient Allowed him to come around showing him something on the computer touching everything . I’m pretty sure that’s not allowed or sanitary. Made me wait again for so long Just to tell me that the printer was broken and they needed hardcopies.
