Multiple bills for 1 visit and account number changes for each visit causing confusion of what's due. I have the Quest app for simplicity but these folks refuse to use it. The lady on the phone stated they own us but don't run us. Ridiculous.
This company cannot provide analysis on time. They are constantly late with results. Never respond to emails. I'm shocked quest is associated with them
Received a bill from these Jokers even though I have never been to their office and did not request an service from them. They are obviously running scams. Beware.
