Avoid this office at ALL cost!!!!!!! This is the most unprofessional doctors office in Richlands. I've had to wait over an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment. The front office is extremely rude and seems to be proud of the fact this office has a horrible reputation!
If you need to see a doctor do NOT go here. By far the worst customer service ive ever had to deal with, they are intentionally ignoring my phone calls. They incorrectly billed me, and when I bring up my concerns they tell me i should go somewhere else if im not happy. Then i contacted the main office only to receive even worse customer service. Please take this advice stay away from this place.
