Worst experience I’ve ever had. The old lady with the bad perm who works at the front window turned me away at 7:05. The website and the door says they’re open until 8. The waiting room was empty but she said they were all booked. Then came out when I left to take a picture of my license plate to give to the police because I opened the door too hard. Went in for an Illness couldn't even be seen said they couldn't find my insurance and she called supposedly only to find out through my work she never called my insurance company at all, total incompetence.
Dr. Neely was warm and kind to my family. I'd definitely return when needed.
Terrible wait times. Workers compete with snail to work there.
