After an accident yesterday the two technicians who seen about my wife an kids were the true definition of professionals. They made my injured wife as comfortable as possible. And my 4 year old was worried about him mom and the techs mad him feel just as comfortable as when he was home. They were so professional and as courteous as can be. They truly turned an unpleasant situation in lto something bearable. Thanks to the 2 men who came out to tom schexnayder/hwy 31 and helped us. Yesterday, my nearly 90 year old mom was treated like royalty when picked up by Med Express Opelousas. Both the young man, nicknamed "Redd", and the young lady (sorry can't remember the name) on the unit were awesome. Their interaction with her made her less anxious and she felt safe. Talking to her instead of just going through the motions made all the difference in the world. Thank you guys for helping to make a stressful situation so much better.
I need to get to the hospital and they wont answer there phone....i call 4x and no answer It is an ambulance service... How bout if someone is dieing and they not answer....smh
